Tea leaves Dairy milk, soy milk according to preference Sugar according to preference

Preparation:

Warm the tea pot. Add one spoonful of fresh loose tea leaves per cup plus one for the pot. Boil water and pour into the pot. Brew for three to five minutes depending on taste. Long brews give the tea a bitter taste and tannin is released from the leaves. Stir the brewed tea. Serve with milk, soy milk and sugar. Lighter teas such as Darjeeling is wonderful as such without adding milk or soy milk.
